This Privacy Policy applies to the "trmPING" mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by M.O.P Systems (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Freemium app. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Service Provider does not explicitly collect, store, or share any personal data or precise location data from its users. The Application functions as a network utility tool (Ping/Trace), and IP addresses or hostnames entered into the Application are processed locally on your device to execute the network requests. This data is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
The Application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for serving advertisements and processing in-app purchases.

These third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Application or other websites.
If you choose to purchase the "Pro" version to unlock additional features and remove advertisements, the transaction is processed securely through Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not have access to your credit card information or billing address.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
